INTEGRATIONS

Claude integrations: the tools we connect to your stack

Claude connects to the systems your team already runs — CRM, GTM, finance, security and content — through the Model Context Protocol. It reads and writes inside those tools under your existing permissions, so the model works on live data instead of copy-paste. Below: the integrations we deploy, what each one does, and how to get one live.

LLM integrations

Claude (Anthropic)

Native · On-demand

What is Claude, and why build integrations on it?

Claude is Anthropic's large language model, used for summarising dense data, drafting documents and generating code. It becomes an operational tool rather than a chat window once it is connected to the systems your team already runs. Every integration on this page uses Claude as the reasoning layer and MCP as the connection — the model reads and writes inside your stack, under your permissions.

CRM integrations

Salesforce

Claude MCP · On-demand

Can Claude connect to Salesforce?

Yes. Claude connects to Salesforce through the Model Context Protocol, so it can read opportunity records, update fields and draft forecasts without leaving your governance model. Salesforce's permission layer still decides what each user can reach — Claude inherits it rather than bypassing it. That matters most for enterprise teams where a CRM write path has to survive a security review.

  • Update CRM records
  • Summarise a deal
  • Build a forecast

HubSpot

Claude MCP · On-demand

Can Claude connect to HubSpot?

Yes. Claude connects to HubSpot via MCP to update deal records, summarise a contact's full activity history and produce pipeline forecasts. HubSpot suits teams who want one system covering CRM and marketing, so the same Claude connection reaches both sides — the deal record and the campaign that produced it. Setup is faster than Salesforce because the object model is simpler.

  • Update CRM records
  • Summarise a deal
  • Build a forecast

Pipedrive

Claude MCP · On-demand

Can Claude connect to Pipedrive?

Yes. Claude connects to Pipedrive through MCP to update deals, summarise where each one stands and build a forecast from the current pipeline. Pipedrive's advantage is that reps actually use it — so the constraint is rarely data quality, it is the time spent maintaining records. That is the specific job this integration removes.

  • Summarise a deal
  • Build a forecast

GTM & Marketing integrations

Clay

Claude MCP · On-demand

Can Claude connect to Clay?

Yes. Claude connects to Clay to update account records, enrich contact emails and pull the context behind a target account before anyone writes to it. Clay aggregates more than 100 data providers into a single waterfall, so Claude reasons over enriched data rather than raw firmographics. For outbound teams the split is clean: enrichment supplies the facts, Claude supplies the judgement about which ones are worth using.

  • Update account records
  • Enrich contact emails
  • Provide account context

Topo

Claude MCP · On-demand

Can Claude connect to Topo?

Yes. Claude connects to Topo to launch campaigns, update prospect lists and sync buying signals back to your CRM. Topo is a Paris-based AI SDR platform built by former Aircall leaders, and it handles sourcing, qualification and first-touch outreach automatically. Claude sits above it as the layer that decides what a campaign should say and which accounts belong in it.

  • Launch a campaign
  • Update prospect lists
  • Sync to CRM

HubSpot Marketing

Claude MCP · On-demand

Can Claude run marketing automation in HubSpot?

Yes. Connected to HubSpot's marketing hub, Claude drafts and adapts nurture sequences, identifies which contacts are stalling in the funnel and flags churn signals ahead of renewal. The value is not sending more email — it is that the same model already reading your deal records writes the nurture, so the message and the pipeline state stay aligned.

  • Nurture prospects
  • Create pipeline
  • Reduce churn

Finance & Invoicing integrations

Pennylane

Claude MCP · On-demand

Can Claude connect to Pennylane?

Yes. Claude connects to Pennylane to raise invoices, reconcile them against deal status and flag accounts whose payment behaviour signals churn risk. Pennylane is the accounting platform most French SMBs share with their expert-comptable, which makes it the system where revenue actually settles — and therefore the one worth wiring to a model that also sees the pipeline.

  • Create an invoice
  • Update deal status
  • Flag churn risk
Scope this integration →

Qonto

Claude MCP · On-demand

Can Claude connect to Qonto?

Yes. Claude connects to Qonto to issue invoices, match incoming payments to deal status and surface accounts drifting toward churn. Qonto is business banking rather than accounting, so the signal it carries is cash movement in real time — which arrives earlier than the accounting close, and makes it the faster of the two churn indicators.

  • Create an invoice
  • Update deal status
  • Flag churn risk

Security & Governance integrations

Avanoo

Claude MCP · On-demand

How do I control what AI agents can access?

Avanoo gives European teams visibility over every SaaS and AI tool in use — including the ones nobody approved — and audits what AI agents actually do once connected. It is hosted in Europe, GDPR compliant, and designed against DORA and NIS2. For a Claude rollout it answers the question security asks first: what can this reach, and who authorised it?

  • Control data access
  • Audit AI agent actions
  • Detect shadow AI

Okta

Claude MCP · On-demand

How does Claude respect our permission model?

Okta governs which people and which agents can reach which systems, so a Claude integration inherits your existing identity policy instead of creating a parallel one. Every connection on this page runs behind that boundary. In practice this is what turns an AI pilot into something a CISO will sign off: permissions decided once, in the identity provider, rather than tool by tool.

  • Inherit identity policy
  • Centralise agent access

CMS integrations

Framer

Claude MCP · On-demand

Can Claude publish content into Framer?

Claude drafts landing pages and articles structured for both search and AI citation, which you paste into Framer as code components or CMS entries. Framer handles hosting, fonts and responsive behaviour, so the bottleneck moves from build time to content quality. This site runs on exactly that loop — the page you are reading was produced this way.

Webflow

Claude MCP · On-demand

Can Claude publish content into Webflow?

Claude produces landing pages and articles ready for Webflow's CMS, with the heading hierarchy and answer-first structure that AI search engines cite. Webflow suits teams running a larger content operation, with collections, localisation and editor roles. The model writes; Webflow handles the scale and governance of the publishing workflow.

Frequently asked questions

What tools can Claude integrate with?

Claude connects to CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), GTM tools (Clay, Topo), finance platforms (Pennylane, Qonto), identity and governance layers (Okta, Avanoo) and content systems (Framer, Webflow). In principle any tool with an API can be connected; in practice the ones listed here are the integrations we deploy and support directly.

How does Claude connect to other tools?

Through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard from Anthropic that lets a model call external systems in a structured way. An MCP server exposes a defined set of read and write actions for a given tool, and Claude calls them. It is not a copy-paste workflow and not a browser plugin — the model operates on live data inside the system.

How long does it take to integrate Claude with our CRM?

A single CRM connection with read access and a defined set of write actions is typically live within two weeks. What extends the timeline is rarely the integration itself — it is agreeing which fields the model may write to, and getting that signed off by whoever owns the CRM. Starting that conversation early is the main accelerator.

Is it safe to give Claude access to our CRM and finance tools?

Claude inherits the permissions of the account it connects through — it cannot reach data that account could not already reach. Scope each connection to the minimum it needs, route access through your identity provider, and keep an audit trail of agent actions. Governance tooling such as Okta and Avanoo exists specifically to make that boundary auditable.

How much does a Claude integration cost?

Integration work is priced on-demand, because cost is driven by the number of systems, the depth of write access and whether a security review is involved. A single scoped CRM connection sits at the low end; a multi-system rollout with governance and training does not. The fastest way to a real number is a 30-minute scoping call.

Which integration should you build first?

Thirty minutes is usually enough to identify the one connection that removes the most manual work — and to say honestly whether it is worth building yet.
