Frequently asked questions
What tools can Claude integrate with?
Claude connects to CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), GTM tools (Clay, Topo), finance platforms (Pennylane, Qonto), identity and governance layers (Okta, Avanoo) and content systems (Framer, Webflow). In principle any tool with an API can be connected; in practice the ones listed here are the integrations we deploy and support directly.
How does Claude connect to other tools?
Through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard from Anthropic that lets a model call external systems in a structured way. An MCP server exposes a defined set of read and write actions for a given tool, and Claude calls them. It is not a copy-paste workflow and not a browser plugin — the model operates on live data inside the system.
How long does it take to integrate Claude with our CRM?
A single CRM connection with read access and a defined set of write actions is typically live within two weeks. What extends the timeline is rarely the integration itself — it is agreeing which fields the model may write to, and getting that signed off by whoever owns the CRM. Starting that conversation early is the main accelerator.
Is it safe to give Claude access to our CRM and finance tools?
Claude inherits the permissions of the account it connects through — it cannot reach data that account could not already reach. Scope each connection to the minimum it needs, route access through your identity provider, and keep an audit trail of agent actions. Governance tooling such as Okta and Avanoo exists specifically to make that boundary auditable.
How much does a Claude integration cost?
Integration work is priced on-demand, because cost is driven by the number of systems, the depth of write access and whether a security review is involved. A single scoped CRM connection sits at the low end; a multi-system rollout with governance and training does not. The fastest way to a real number is a 30-minute scoping call.
