TRAINING · CLAUDE + SALESFORCE

Claude + Salesforce training for revenue teams

Yes — Claude works inside a Salesforce workflow without replacing it. One-to-one coaching in your own org, on your own accounts: research, call prep and CRM hygiene. Then thirty days of reinforcement, measured on whether you still use it at day 30.

Who is in the room

Built around one person's own accounts

AEs & SDRs

Sales managers

Managers whose pipeline review is a status recital because the CRM fields are half-filled.

Sales ops & RevOps

Curriculum

What the coaching actually covers

What can Claude actually do inside a Salesforce workflow?

Claude reads the context around the record: the account's recent news, the last three calls, the email thread, the pattern from similar closed-won deals. It drafts the account brief, the call plan, the follow-up and the opportunity summary a manager can read. Salesforce stays the system of record. Claude is the layer that stops reps writing the same paragraph four times.

How does a rep prepare an account in ten minutes instead of an hour?

We rebuild the prep routine in front of them, on their own accounts. The rep brings the record and the last exchange; Claude returns the account's current priorities, the two questions worth asking, and the objection most likely to come back. You leave the session with three prompts saved and one live account already prepared.

How do you keep CRM data clean without adding admin work?

The hygiene problem is transcription, not discipline. Reps talk to buyers properly, then retype it badly at seven in the evening. In this module Claude turns raw call notes into the fields Salesforce actually needs — next step, close-date rationale, your own qualification frame — in the rep's own words, ready to paste. Managers get pipeline they can read.

How does a sales manager run a pipeline review with Claude?

Managers bring a real pipeline export. Claude flags the opportunities where the next step is missing, the close date has slipped twice, or nobody has spoken to the economic buyer. The review stops being a status recital and becomes a short list of deals that need a decision. Managers keep the prompt and run it weekly.

How does this survive a security review?

We work with your Salesforce permissions rather than around them: Claude sees what the logged-in user is entitled to see, and every connection is scoped and logged. Anthropic does not train its models on your business data by default. The session covers what may be pasted, what may not, and the one-page policy your security team signs.

Questions

Price, funding, licences and timing

How much does Claude + Salesforce training cost?

Pricing is per person, because the coaching is built on that person's own accounts and pipeline rather than on a shared curriculum. Several people from the same team can be scoped together, which is where the rate moves. Jumplab gives a fixed number on a 30-minute call — no day-rate meter, no per-seat list price.

How long before reps actually use it?

Usage starts inside the session — every rep leaves with one account prepared and three prompts saved. The habit question is answered at day 30, which is why the reinforcement window exists at all. Teams that skip reinforcement typically fall back within three weeks. That is the pattern this programme is built to break.

Can this be funded by an OPCO in France?

Yes. The programme is delivered with Hatha Coaching, a Qualiopi-certified training provider, which is what opens OPCO funding under the plan de développement des compétences. Jumplab does not hold Qualiopi itself — the certificate is our partner's, and we say so rather than borrowing the badge. We confirm your OPCO's own rules on the call.

Do we need Claude Enterprise licences first?

No. The programme runs on whatever Claude plan your team is on, including Team. The licence tier affects context size, admin controls and data-retention settings rather than whether the workflows themselves work. If you have not chosen a plan yet, we cover the differences in the session so procurement is not guessing at it afterwards.

What if our Salesforce is heavily customised?

That is the normal case, not the exception. We run discovery on your object model and your actual sales process before the session, then rebuild every prompt against your fields and your stage definitions. A generic Salesforce course fails precisely here, which is why the session runs in your org rather than a demo tenant.
